"My partner and I paid for a “jetted jacuzzi” however the jets did not work. Went to reception to ask if it can be fixed, lady came up to look but told me she doesn’t know how it works and said she would get the technician to look that same day, which never happened during our 3-day stay here. Because the jets didn’t work, we had a number of dead bugs floating around in still water. Would have at least expected an apology for the inconvenience of some sort, especially given how much we paid for...
