"Great for business, friendly staff, breakfast and close to training facility "

"First, the carpet was filthy. You couldn't walk on it your bare feet. Second, the tub faucet was rusted and fell off when I turned it on. and the water was cold. When I told the front desk that there was no hot water, I was instructed to run the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and tub on hot for 15 minutes. This trick did work, but it is ridiculous to stay in a Hilton property and not have any hot water and have to use tricks to get some."

"The gentleman at the check--in (Sat April 11, 2026) was very polite and professional. Very pleasant conversation about where to eat close by. He gave me suggestions and diretions. "

"Overall good. The air freshener on a timer was overwhelming. Small things are overlooked- one bath towel in the room a check in, room was warm, what appeared to be dried shaving cream or soap on the bathroom door. Nothing major but still didn’t deserve 5 stars. "
