"The hotel was okay only. There was a bad smell on our floor. It was clean but not immaculate. Breakfast was ok. Location is in a more run down part of the city."

"We did a late check in and were very tired…upon arrival, there were two huge groups checking in and the whole hotel was stinking of bad odour of food including the elevators..some private event catering was happening…when we got to the room we realized it had a door to cross to the next room and we were not told that the room had a partition when I booked. "Location of hotel is walking distance from trams, trains and buses. Room was kept clean, very friendly and accommodating staff, very nice lobby with bar and restaurants. Breakfast buffet offered a great variety of food. Hardworking and accommodating wait staff in restaurant as well! Definitely recommended!"

"The cleaning staff at this hotel did a good job. The room and bathroom were small but accessible. The location was very convenient, and the reception staff was friendly. The breakfast service staffs were friendly, but the selection wasn't very extensive. "

"There was nothing we didn't like about The Dolder Grand. From the moment you drive up to the property, you know it is going to be a lovely experience. Check-in was easy and seamless.
