The only issue we had was with custodial staff, we saw them mocking us after asking for new towels when they came to clean our room. "We were in the Guesthouse which is the 'budget' rooms of The Hey Hotel. Room was clean, beds comfy, excellent breakfast. View from both our rooms was out onto the roof terrace of the next door building about a metre away. The rooms would benefit from a voile curtain for privacy without drawing curtains. This didn't really spoil our 2 night stay as we were only in the room to sleep. Easy access to Ost station, No 21 bus. And walkable to West Station."
