"I stayed with family. I loved the breakfast - Most definitely 10/10. It was very complete and everything was delicious. I also used the spa, which was exactly what I needed after a day of walking. The hotel is only 5 minutes away from beautiful Rapperswil."

"Location is good. Town is beautiful however the hotel does not deserve to be ranked as a 4 star hotel due to how dirty rooms were. We had three rooms. 2 rooms had spider webs and other insects . One room smelled like a rotten cheese that the staff was aware of and changed to another room. I cannot believe that the regional health department allows this hotel to operate this way !"

"Everything was great. The only downside was no AC, but that's not the hotels fault. We're in Switzerland and they did offer a fan. Walkable to dining, groceries and bus."

Lounge with still/soarkling water to refill bottles. Husband enjoyed delicious breakfast buffet in AM that was responably priced. And room stocked with coffee, tea, soda, beer, and orange juice all complimentary."
