"Misleading information about the rooms available to book on Expedia: Room listed with shower but there was no shower. BUT a room with private bath was offered at a more expensive price upon arrival (BAIT & SWITCH). ROOMS WITHOUT SHOWERS have access to a community bathroom facility BUT The toilet located across from the room did not work and one must go to the other end of the hall for the toilet. The shower st the end of yhe hall does not have hot water. Leaving one working toilet for 3 rooms....

"The two properties l stayes at were terriple, filthy, noisy and lack proper management. After 4 days in lagacy phases 2 and 4 l moved to to another hotel. Management at both legacy sites was non existent. I contact you last wednesday to complain and ask for a refund. I was told l would hear from you in 24 to 72 hours. I have not heard. As someone that doesn't leave reviews often is well travelled ( 12 countries last year alone!) and fussy about where I lay my head for a good nights sleep I cannot recommend Rooftop enough. not only is it a beautiful space and environment its also the people that work there the owner, security the staff and bar team are all incredible no ask is too big or too small and they will go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay.
