"Everytime the room was turned down items were not replaced...... We asked four times for more toilet roll, ended up going to the desk to ask.
We had bottles of water confiscated coming back as not allowed to bring things in, it's summer in a desert city....... These were not returned upon checkout.
Hotel is no way a 5* it's tired and needs upgrading massively.
Air con didn't work when we arrived in our room and we had cockroaches!
Bathroom very tired with some black mould and no work bench or...

"Our family of four, including two young children (3yo and 1yo), had a wonderful time at this hotel. The suite room was spacious and comfortable, and the daily cleaning staff refreshed our bedding and towels. The hotel staff throughout the resort was incredibly helpful and great with kids.
