"They say first impressions count... I chose the Kyriad in Poulainville based on the hotels proximity to Amiens. When arriving it was a number of minutes before the reception staff answered the bell which I had to hit twice for attention. As this was a Road Trip, I had a number of bags and asked if a luggage trolley was available to be told not by the chap on the front desk. "Notre chambre suite était parfaite mais nous n’avons pas put en profiter beaucoup car nous sommes venus pour un mariage ce qui nous a laissé peu de temps pour apprécier ce lieu !
