Personnel agréable et serviable. Chambre propres. Grande piscine mais pleine de sable. La nourriture était globalement fraîche mais peu de variété et le stand grillade très moyen. Certains services proposes n'étaient pas disponible: snack, jus d'orange pressé Belle plage mais difficile de se baigner (algues, propreté). En résume, l'hôtel a un bon potentiel avec une bonne structure et un personnel agréable mais probablement du à sa sous occupation il n'est pas a la hauteur des attentes.

Il est trop dommage que les touristes soient si peu nombreux en Tunisie alors que la sécurité ést totale! Le Laico fait tout pour le bien être de ses clients excellente équipe d'animation entre autre.rien de négatif à dire sur le séjour

Hôtel sympa !!!

Bon séjour à Djerba, personnel excellent, serviable, souriant, à l'écoute, le seul soucis c'est l'entretien extérieur. Une rénovation de l'hotel serait appréciée, il ne mérite pas 4 étoiles !!!!

Bizarre pour un 4 étoiles!!!!!!

Je suis arrivée vers 15h et je voulais manger alos la réception ma conseiller de prendre un taxi et visiter un restaurant au alentours de lhotel!!!!! L'hôtel gère des client all-inclusive qui ont un même package que moi: pensions complète, et encore pas de room service si on veux manger en dehors de c 3 repas... pour un 4 étoiles c pas normale

hotel proche de la plage, très vieux

Un peu décu par l'état général de cet hotel, le service, la nourriture. Hotel très vieux, je crois qu'une rénovation est prévu cette automne. C'est le moment. Animation très basique et bruillante autour de la piscine. La nourriture a peine mangeable, les sevices et assiettes sont d'une propreté douteuse. C'est plutot un 3 étoiles, en tout cas pas 4. Je conseille de regrader ailleur.
