"Comfortale, clean and welcoming"

"We had amazing time at Giardino del Sole.The rooms are nice and clean and were cleaned daily.The area is lovely,quiet and perfect for a relaxing break.Kids loved walking around the farm and spotting animals.We had dinner twice in the restaurant-very delicious food and very reasonable prices too.Staff is very attentive and friendly.Definitely recommend it!"

"We left after two nights because this might be the worst hotel in which I have ever stayed. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. When reported to the front desk, we were met with indifference, so two days passed with a backed up sink. The shower was the smallest I have ever encountered - 20 inches by 20 inches (.5 meter x .5 meter). The lukewarm water dribbled out - barely, meaning that it was very difficult to rinse the soap off. "Very convenient and comfortable for overnight stay before or after Catania flight"

"Buona la posizione, sul lungo-darsena e a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro, dov'è possibile trovare ristoranti, tavole-calde e negozi di tutti i tipi. La stanza è molto luminosa, il bagno spazioso. La cucina è in comune con una seconda stanza, tuttavia non ci è stato possibile usare i fornelli perché erano scollegati. Colazione con prodotti preconfezionati (minimo "sindacale")"

"The host was extremely helpful and very communicative. She is a 5 star host and had some nice snacks and beverages available for us when we arrived. However, the room itself had mold on the shower door and some type of allergen in the bed sheets as my wife got sick after the one night stay. I would stay there again but the place could use better cleaning."

"Hotel is definitely not at a 4-star standard. Apparent vomit stains on carpet in hallway; loose cabling with live ends in guest room; black mold in shower. Neighbourhood did not feel particularly safe - walking to beach did not feel like an option for a solo traveller."
