"La struttura gode di una splendida posizione, le camere sono accoglienti e gli spazi comuni (spa, piscina, bar e ristorante) sono piacevoli. Purtroppo, però, il servizio non è assolutamente all'altezza di un hotel 4 stelle: a colazione, nonostante la sala fosse quasi vuota, nessuno ci ha accolti o serviti: abbiamo dovuto richiedere personalmente sia i cappuccini sia i caffè. Al bar della piscina non è stato possibile ordinare uno Spritz perché mancava una bombola e ci è stato proposto un Campari...

"Lovely boutique style hotel an easy walk to the lake and Sirmieno centre. Michelle on reception was great, all staff were to be fair and most had very good English. Rooms are clean, modern and bed comfy. Parking also easy and secure. Grazie."

"I didnt like that their policy is anyone over the age of 1 pays like an adult, my son is 3 and sleeps with us and shares food with us. So thats $15 extra per night. Other than that its a clean and modern hotel and the restaurant has good food"

"Es hat uns hier sehr gut gefallen ☺️☺️☺️Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, und auch die anderen Gäste sind sehr nett. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und gepflegt. Die Architektur der Gebäude ist beeindruckend und verleiht dem gesamten Hotel eine besondere religiöse und künstlerische Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und mit 13 Euro pro Person fair bepreist 🙂👍 Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen! 😀🙌"

"This was a great place to stay during our vacation. The area gets pretty busy during the day with multiple tour bus drop offs but slows down towards the end of the evening. The amenities were okay. The AC worked alright in the room but could have been better. It would be nice if they were able to cool the hallways and lobby like their other hotels, it would probably help a lot."

"The hotel was a short walk from the main part of town with lots of shops , restaurants and the marina . The front of the hotel had a very beautiful Olive Garden with a pool in the center . "This hotel had an excellent location lakeside and within the walled area of the castle.There is a thermal swimming pool in an adjacent building which was very good. Our room was large but the bathroom was very small for example the bidet was so close to the wall that it could not be easily mounted. The TV was also very small so difficult to watch the world cup. "It’s a decent hotel but surrounded by industrial land uses. So, while it is close to the City Center its doesn’t feel walkable or particularly safe. We ended up taking cabs. There are two elevators but only one worked and it is small so the mornings were chaotic. I never saw anyone fixing the elevator, which was strange. It was like they didn’t care that only one small elevator worked,"

"Die Lage ist unserer Meinung der größte Plus-Punkt. Altstadt ist problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar, kostenloser Parkplatz, eigener, sehr schöner Seezugang, Sehr freundliches Personal, haben super Ausflugstipps bekommen. Unser Zimmer (seitlicher Seeblick mit kleinem Balkon) war groß genug und sauber. Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Seeblick war vollkommen in Ordnung. Preis vs. Leistung sehr OK. "All good - nice room, great bathroom, safe, balcony, blackout curtains, air in, mini fridge… the rooftop pool was very welcomed in the hot weather - plenty of beds and umbrellas , towels and snack bar with draft beat. Buffet breakfast in the garden, staff were lovely."
