"They are a dog friendly hotel with an indoor dog park! Our room had an electric "fireplace" and 2 large televisions. Comfy couch and leather chair in "sitting " area, in front of fireplace. Very nice lounge and restaurants for atmosphere and relaxing. Valet parking was quick and the boys were very friendly and nice."

"This place is a dump with good service and okay food. When I come back I will likely stay somewhere else as there is a parkade across the street that can be parked at to access Cleveland Clinic"

"Room was good - not the most pristine I’ve seen but not bad. No ice bucket in our room, which was a small annoyance. The pool is on the smaller side and they were out of towels, although the property guy brought some upon request. He was hustling every time we saw him; maybe they’re a little understaffed. "The location within the spectacular 1890 arcade is unusual and fun. My wife wanted to stay downtown to see the architecture and we were not disappointed. We ate at the 1890 restaurant. It was pretty empty but it shouldn't be. The food was excellent and the staff friendly and attentive. The next night we ate at the pizza restaurant / sports bar at the opposite end of the arcade. The pizza was very good and I'm from Brooklyn. All in all, great few days. My only criticism was the valet...
