"I have stayed at The Intercontinental several times, durimg my visits to the Cleveland Clinic. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Linens are very soft. The staff, all the way from desk assistance to restaurant staff were always so helpful. Much needed when navigating the clinic. "

"Nice clean room but the lighting was too low. They need brighter lights in the room. Also we were informed there was a parking lot adjacent to the hotel but when we arrived there was no parking lot except a garage across the street. "

"We were told at check in that breakfast was served until 9:30. We entered around 8:40. There was barely a scoop of each hot food. A server brought out 3 sausage sandwiches, quiches and bacon. By 9:00 they were cleaning everything up. When one family entered, a woman told them breakfast was over at 9. She then proceeded to talk nasty about them after they walked out because they should have known breakfast was over. If breakfast is over then, front desk should know so the message can be...

"There were previous reviews that commented on it not being very clean. We brought a bunch of cleaning supplies and our own linens. We ended up not needing any of it. The rooms, furniture, and linens were spotless. The only issue is there is an area under the stairs to the lower level that is inaccessible, so thing that fall onto the stairs and then down under it cannot be retrieved. It is just a design flaw and not the fault of owners. Parking and entry to the building is secure. "

"The hotel was beautifully decorated for the Holidays. The front desk person, Louise was efficient, welcoming, friendly, helpful, and just an asset to this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The room had water for the guests which is a nice touch. The bathroom was clean and had all the amenities one could need.
