"Keep in mind there’s nobody on staff on the premises to help you. Everything is via phone call & couldn’t get into our room. They sent us to another room and couldn’t get in that one either. Send us back to our first room. Get inside and it’s filthy. There’s literally a syringe under the bed. We call and tell them there’s no way we’re staying there. Send us to another room and it was also dirty. At that point we’ve had our fill and left. Demanded a refund and they said it would be sent, never received it. This place is obviously foreign owned and no one is checking up on housekeeping. Avoid this place at all costs! Customer service sucks. If I could give this place a zero star rating, I would."

"We loved our room. It was a great fit for us and our two little boys. We loved the bunk bed situation and the little table and chairs in the suite. We even enjoyed our food and room service. The fitness center was also very nice, if you plan on getting a workout in. Our biggest complaint was the pool. The tile was popping up around the pool and the water was pooling underneath it which likely made it smell the way that it did. We ended up only swimming for maybe 10 minutes because we were put off by the state of the entire pool. "

"I've stayed at the Metropolitan swveral times. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very nice and clean. I have never had the breakfast, but the reataurant has very good food, and LOVE the Vault! Great atmosphere and the drinks are always very, very good!"
