"This is a great hotel. Lots of families and the staff was excellent in dealing with the crowds. Our room was large and very comfortable, and the bathroom shower was six stars. The breakfast and cocktail hour were justly popular and the food and drink was very good with plenty of places to sit. We’d love to come back."

"The lobby staff were wonderful. The room was a king suit- quiet and spacious! Only concerns: toilet seat was not completely clean, and the shower door is glass and was not clean. The floor of the shower appeared to have red specs in the material which was off-putting. Other than that, the place was enjoyable!"

"They are a dog friendly hotel with an indoor dog park! Our room had an electric "fireplace" and 2 large televisions. Comfy couch and leather chair in "sitting " area, in front of fireplace. Very nice lounge and restaurants for atmosphere and relaxing. Valet parking was quick and the boys were very friendly and nice."

"Perfect hotel for families with kids or teams traveling together. Quality breakfast, ample space to congregate and enjoy each other's company. workout room to get your heart rate up and a convient laundry room on the 2nd floor. Only complaint is that there's only one ice machine and it's in the lobby. People were filling up full large coolers and ice bags."

"We stay there to go to a Cleveland guardians game and the location was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, but the elevators did not work well and it caused a lot of weight around. Other than that, it was a good stay."
