"Charming, Cozy and Clean. We had a wonderful stay at the Glidden House. The hotel is charming, cozy, and impeccably clean, with so much character. The location felt very safe and was perfect for our visit to Cleveland. The breakfast was excellent, and what truly made our stay special was the staff. I also noticed that some of the milk provided had passed its expiration date. In addition, the quality of the breakfast did not match what was shown in the hotel's online photos."

"I was given a 2nd floor accessible room even though I did not request it. It was fine but not as convenient for things like showering. There was also something about the room that made network cell services unusable and airways never able to connect to the wifi. Everything was dial up slow. I've stayed in this property many times and never had this network or wifi issues."

"We were in an accommodations room. To get in I had to place my key card in a slot in back of the door, not easy to find. To get out of the room, I had to push a button to automatically open the door. The door could not be opened manually. At one point, I had to push five times before the door opened. "Great location for a concert at Jacob's Pavilion. Took the free water taxi across the river, and walked back. Felt completely safe and fun. Rooms were newly updated and clean. Very nice hotel!"
