That stay was a complete disaster. It felt like a scam from the very beginning—the actual location was nothing like what was shown on Expedia. The place didn’t meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness or service. The bed was broken, the toilet was rusty and damaged, and the bed sheets were smelly and dirty. They moved me to another hotel from the same chain, but the conditions were exactly the same. I wasn’t able to sleep there even for a single night. I ended up booking another hotel on my own, and I lost the money I had already paid.

Cleanliness was lacking. The bed was ok and the water was hot. But the place was very old. Fixtures covered in years of calcium deposit and rust. Even a few cockroaches to boot. But, hey, it was cheap.

Rooms were not maintained well. Taps were broken (unable to get shower functioning), pillow cases and towels were dirty, there was a bit of a stuffy smell in the room, floor was dusty. No tea or coffee left in the room until asked however there was a restaurant to order food and drinks. Staff were very nice and receptive to make some improvement when requested. Unfortunately wont recommend this to anyone.

We noticed cleanliness immediately on entering the room. Bed linen and towels felt fresh. Hot water was available without much waiting. The dining area was clean, and breakfast was light but satisfying before heading out.

We were looking for a place where friends could feel comfortable, and this hotel worked well. The room felt clean and organized, and moving around the hotel was easy. This hotel suited our travel style. We were mostly outside exploring, so we needed a clean place to return to. The rooms were tidy, and the common areas didn’t feel chaotic. After that, staff served hot and very delicious food with authentic taste. Location helped us plan our visits easily.
