Hotel Romantis di Aguas Calientes

"Close to bus stop and lots of restaurants and shops. The rooms are small and need hanging space. There was no hanging space or shelf or closet to put your clothes."

"Bonne localisation, déjeuner très bien et chambre calme. Très propre. Possibilité de laisser les sacs pour la journée d’excursion au Machupicchu !"

"The location was great, although Google maps didn't quite find it correctly and I had to ask in a nearby hotel. Staff and breakfast were fantastic! Convenient luggage storage and great views! Only downside was the noises coming from the street from busses and people and the eventual rude guests thumping their feet outside the door going up and down the stairs."

"好！位置好！下火车步行几分钟可达。早餐早，有利于早出发去马丘比丘。可以寄存行李"

"何よりよかったのがロビーでのお茶の提供です。またジュースとクラッカーが入った名前入りの袋が部屋に置いてあったのは嬉しいサプライズ。 外の景色が見える部屋ではなかったですが、マチュピチュ遺跡へ行く前に一泊するには十分ですし、バス停に近いのもいい。"

"Not a good experience at all. Run down and dirty. Stunk. Tiniest bathroom-size of airplane bathroom. Got bites all over my arms and legs at night from something. Bites turned into welts and caused muscle pain. Breakfast in morning was cold. Warmer under food was not plugged in. Staff were trying to be helpful but didn’t know English well. Got charged for two nights but only stayed one. Tried calling them for almost 4 months prior to reservation to cancel second night and they never got back to...

"Excelente servicio."

"Nreat hotel for a stay in Aguas Calientes. It's not mentioned in the descrition but to get to the hotel, you will need to go through steep steps. Still hotel its nice, has a nice view and the location is great."

"Gets the job done with a very hospitable staff, breakfast was nice to have also"

"Es bonito todo les recomiendo"

"The hotel is older on a small side street of the main tourist area. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The 3 star rating is due to a strange window into the hallway. It had curtains but not completely blacked out. Also quite noisy at night due to barking dogs in the neighborhood. The room was clean but bathroom had older fixtures and tile grout very soiled. The outside window did not close completely and there was no AC. Couldn’t really open the window for long due to the bugs. The...

"No one onsite when we arrived the hotel to check in at 11 am. There were 2 groups already waiting for staff to show up. I whatsapp and phoned and finally someone showed up after 15 mins. Small room and note that there is no elevator. Also trains run right outside of the hotel and make huge noise and vibrations during daytime. OK breakfast. We only need to stay one night like many other tourists this is just a stop to Machu Pichu. Hotel near bus stop to MP and many restaurants and shops around,...

"Courteous and helpful staff. A bit too close to the train tracks but fortunately the last train was about 10 PM"

"We stayed with our family. Its a really nice location. We left our bags here while we went to Machu Picchu. Adter it was a 5 minute walk to get our bags and then another 5 minutes to go to the train station."

"Proporcionan un buen desayuno, el personal es amable, y te proporciona informacion adecuada a lo que solicitaste, la ubicación es buena, con una increíble vista a las montañas. Solo un pequeño inconveniente al momento de la entrega del resguardo de equipaje, que podría ser un punto a mejorar al no entregar a la hora acordada, ya que eso puede afectar tu salida en el tren."

"Finding the hotel was difficult but we were lucky to find the Tourism Office and after a quick call a hotel member appeared and escorted us to the hotel. It is a budget hotel although as it was only for one night it acceptable, well that was until we found out they they had allocated our double room to someone else, and she was travelling on her own!!! The room they offered us instead was directly facing the sun and the temperature was well over 40 degrees even with the curtains closed. And the...

"Muy bien siempre uso casa andina"

"Their location is unbeatable! You just have to walk down the stairs to catch the bus to Machu Picchu, and the train station is right across the street. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. However, the price was supposed to be $170. The lady asked if I wanted to be charged in soles (Peruvian currency), which I agreed to because paying in the local currency is usually more beneficial when it comes to bank exchange rates. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. The...
