"Disappointing! The room got flooded every night and there was a puddle half way across the room. We informed the staff and they didn't care. We had to put towels down and clean it ourselves every day. The curtains were moldy and it smelled. Don't be fooled by beach resort-you cannot go on the beach or swim there, too dangerous. Very misleading. Make sure you pay for everything when you get it and don't do a room charge because they will add things on, we caught them a few times and they...

"Location - next door to kayak tours and great restaurants on the beach. Excellent service, they have everything you need, and get back to you on any questions promptly. Beds are more comfortable than what we had in San Juan. Clean and functional. Only negative - roosters crow at 4AM. Bring earplugs. If you’re looking to stay in the Fajardo area this is a great option!"

"Couldn’t have been better! Ruben and Jessica were exceptional hosts - very friendly, helpful on local ideas and almost always available via phone, text or just knocking. If you’re planning a beach trip, they have things to lend out - cooler, beach towels, etc. - if they have it, you can use it. Wish we had more days as Ruben’s breakfasts are top notch. The owner has beach supplies available - chairs, umbrellas, etc. It's just a half a block from the malecon (boardwalk) - every restaurant in town is within a 10 minute walk. Pickup for bioluminescent bay tour is about a 5 minute drive. Parking available. No complaints - we stayed one night, I wished we'd stayed 2 or 3."
