Breakfast was pretty average and rooms very nice and clean. Staff was very quiet - could have been a bit more welcoming but we had limited interaction so not a huge deal.

Perfect retreat for some quiet
The Quinta da Moita is out of the way of the Douro Valley but well worth the detour. I stayed there 3 nights on a solo trip. The owners are fantastic, very sweet. The place is perfect for quiet respite, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast! I recommend to anyone for solo stay or couple ...
