"The hotel structure is modern and nicely looking. Everything that's beyond it it's a non-funny joke. As we arrived they missed our expedia reservation because, supposedly, it had been book too long ago (on Expedia looked pretty confirmed though). It took close to an hour to get our room as they were asking for more and more reservation details (on top of reservation number, date, payment method any many more) to go through. There are merely two lifts on a 7 stories building and one of them was...

"Perdu en plein milieu de la nuit l’hôtel introuvable aucune indication , hôtel en construction aucun service mis à disposition , payer pour un petit déjeuné pas de possible , nous avons payer de 2 nuits nous sommes restées qu’une nuit !! Par contre personnel très aimable et vu extraordinaire, à la fin des travaux sa sera un bel hôtel mais par contre très mal placé pour de touristes"

"The hotel had very nice views of the sea. The staff were very helpful. However it was disappointing the pool was closed as it was not peak season despite the weather being quite hot. The hotel is not in central Algiers and is in a quiet area."
