"The service is absolutely fantastic. 10 stars service, every staff members are so helpful and polite. You can even drinks 24/7, a hot tea beside the fire in your room during winter is not the warmest thing, but the staff team is."

However, the rooms felt quite old-fashioned and the connecting door between rooms gave the hotel a dated 90s feeling. Breakfast had limited options, although the food available was good. Unfortunately, noise was a major issue: the air conditioning was very loud, you could hear the units from nearby rooms, and the walls seemed paper-thin, making it difficult to relax properly."

"the female recptionist was horrible, close to non communication skill, treat us very badly, When I say thank you before I leve, she didn't even respond. Smile is no way to find thorugh the entire stay with the hotel, as many years in management position, my view is to let her go asap so to minimize the influrce to other staffs. "

"Horrible. NO HOT WATER. Place was nasty, broken and not clean.towels were yellowish, not clean. The coffee pot has coffee residue, you can tell they don’t clean anything. . Not enough bad things to say. Outdoors horrible too. We paid two nights, we only stay the one and left. Not worth staying here."

"Lovely place to stay, would definitely recommend if don’t like much luxury. Staff is super friendly and nice. I was able to check in early which was so nice. Had dinner with my husband and can’t complain about the food and service as well. We also had the change to ride the train and it was such a lovely little ride."
