A great deal but all that it really had to recommend it. Parking situation was not great, room condition was not great, food was not great. Lots of families, which was fine for us, but I wouldn't recommend for someone looking for a quiet or luxurious getaway.

Perfect location, need to care about cleanliness

The view and the hotel location is amazing and relaxing. However, Room cleanliness is not so good. The blanket is without the cover, as well as some bellows. The floor is not that clean. The drinks in the dinner needs alot of money (not free). Otherwise, everything was fine

Bon séjour

Super week-end en général, très bon service. Très grande Hotel avec une super piscine à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur, super petit dej et dîner. Sinon dommage la salle de sport un peu laisser à l’abandon et les chambres étaient froides, pas un hôtel fait pour l’hiver mais en été l’hôtel doit être super top.

Volgens de site van Expedia is er een welkoms drankje inbegrepen. Na een vermoeiende lange reis kregen we echter geen welkomsdrankje aangeboden. Mijn echtgenoot vroeg hier vervolgens naar, en de reactie van de receptie was 'néé, daar is de bar waar u iets te drinken kunt kopen '. Verteld dat het geen probleem is een drankje te betalen, maar dat er wel op internet staat dat er een welkomstdrankje is inbegrepen en dit in andere Magic hotels wel wordt aangeboden. Reactie bleef 'néé '.Geen goede binnenkomst door de manier van reageren door de receptie. Keuze en kwaliteit van het ontbijt en diner zeer goed. Personeel restaurant vriendelijk. Mooie buitenzwembaden met prachtige en goed onderhouden 'tuin'. Schoon terras. Helaas zijn de tegels glad, waardoor een een paar keer uitgegleden zijn. Hotel is mooi gelegen met een prachtig uitzicht. Kamer: vitrage vies met vlekken. Klein formaat televisie waar het signaal constant weg valt. Géén Wi-Fi op de kamers, alleen in de receptie en bar.

Bel établissement avec un emplacement de rêve. Le personnel respectait les consignes de sécurité (ce que nous n'avons pas vu dans d'autres hôtels). Le seul problème est que nous sommes arrivés en pleines vacances scolaires et donc il était plein. La nourriture est très moyenne : nous avons mangé à l'extérieur majoritairement. À recommander hors période d'achalandage.

Si ce n'était par obligation, je n'y mettrai pas un pied dans cet établissement. Le seul point positif était le personnel accueillant. Standing, déco et chambres obselètes. Ambiance cantine au seul restaurant ouvert. Service au buffet. Plats fades, insipides et dont la diversité nous a rendu perplexe : pourquoi ne pas faire, moins, plus simple de ce qu'on sait faire le mieux dans la région ?! Aucune originalité, aucun attrait. L'emplacement de l'hôtel et la grande terrasse du café maure (et non pas le café lui même) ainsi que le massage au Spa étaient les seuls points positifs de notre séjour. Bien dommage pour un emplacement pareil. Une autre enseigne ferait bien de l'acheter et de le refaire en mieux

Bad service.

The location of the hotel is so beautiful , the hotel is clean, but Unfortunately the room service is unavailable and the workers are not friendly at all. Our check in took more than one hour. Over all beautiful place, bad service. I will not recommend it.

Nice hotel, perfect for families and friends trip

Nice hotel, nice beach, nice green views and beautiful views on sea view double room, perfect for tennis player and swimming players.. nice pools for adults and kids with alerted life guards team all day, nice music player, nice beach long chairs it’s a sand choice or grass long chairs in the front of the beach, nice strong WiFi around the pool and the bar/coffee place , nice large sea view restaurant open buffet, I recommend this hotel for all my friends and family 🥰❤️ , the only thing is the WiFi not available in sea view room and the toilet is too close to the wall that’s mean it’s not comfortable for handicap people and the beach has sharp stones , but I really love this hotel it’s perfect for families and friends traveling.. close to Tabarka city center and there is a lot of open beach spaces for running spots and beach activities.
