"This property has so many positives…great location, outstanding views, and beautiful gardens. However, some of the fundamentals were lacking. First off, and the biggest offender, our mattress. It was in very poor condition and we barely slept. The standard room was small and crammed with oversized furniture, leaving nowhere to put your bags. "First of all I expected this place and room to be a positive experience. Let’s start with as soon as you walk into the room there is a sink immediately to your left. The bathroom was as big as closet. When you close the door you have an inch between the toilet and the door. Once you close the door there is not a lot of room to maneuver. The vents were dusty and the light fixtures dirty on the inside. The screen door to balcony is old and not working correctly. The peephole on the door did not...

"Someone tried to enter our room at 7:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. while we were still in bed. When I went to the front desk to sign out I mentioned the issue and was told that our second room key had been been dropped in the key drop earlier that morning. We never received a second room key. Very nerve racking knowing that someone had a key to our room. Front desk staff didn't really seem to have an answer. "
