"The room was clean. The room had everything i needed. When I walked in it smelled like a little bleach. I spilled some food in my room and a maid cleaned it up right away. Parking was very near to the room and all the rooms are on the first floor. There are hardly any stairs."

The room was really cute, had everything I needed. They put nice effort and care into making the room comfortable and nice. Cute fridge and very fun colored lights mirror. "The view from our room and the property itself was incredible. We loved the little balcony and how close we were to a few spots. However, the a/c was horrible and we had a hard time sleeping because it was hot no matter how hard we tried to cool ourselves down. If you're traveling in the hotter months (it was 103 out when we got to our room) I would not recommend staying here because of that."

"The unit that I got was upstairs. The sofa bed needs to be updated, you can feel the springs on your back when you lay down, the bedding seamed that it had not been changed. The kitchen only needs more pots and pans. I don't know why we needed to clean, when we paid a fee."

"Room was clean and spacious. Staff attentive and helpful. Enjoyed home made muffins at Breakfast. Walkable to restaurants, convenience store and hiking trail. Pool was refreshing. Only downside was carrying luggage to second floor. But have found that to be common in mountain town hotels."

"The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The courtyard is a nice place to relax and make smores. It was quiet the whole time and Teri gave us great information on some places to visit. Please let them know if you are arriving later since the lobby is not always staffed. We didnt know since we booked through Expedia, but we were able to contact someone after hours for instructions."

"Loved how close it is to all the hikes, specially devil's bridge. Plenty of stuff nearby, 5-7 minutes from uptown. Surprisingly loved the hot tub even in the Arizona summer. It's the desert so you can count on it getting chilly enough to switch from the pool to the spa. Clean and simple rooms with everything you'd need for a quick pop in since it's just off one of the main Sedona roads. Staff checked up on me via text after hours. Admittedly I asked them for help not expecting them to reply....
