"The place was nice, clean, and comfortable. However, I was disappointed that some advertised services were not as expected. The property advertises a 24-hour airport shuttle, but I was told it had to be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Since I booked my flight less than 24 hours before arrival, I had to take a taxi from the airport. This should be clearly stated in the listing.
They also advertise a 24-hour front desk, but the front desk closes around midnight. For most questions, I was...

Breakfast staff more congenial than dinner staff. Recioptionists had limited experience of the surrounding environment."

"The location is beautiful extremely close to the airport. However, it's a little misleading because they say that you have one airport pickup. Once you pay for the reservation in advance. But it's not redeemable, you can call and call and ask and they don't know what you're talking about. So that's misleading, there's no pickup available."

"I had an amazing time at this place. The amenities offered are top class, the rooms are so clean, the staff are awesome and the location is ideal. I recommend that when you visit Ghana, don’t hesitate to book Harmonia Residence as your home far away from your home. I’ll be back in December, God’willing. Saa"

"Four of us came to stay from the uk fir a short break in Accra. Overall our stay at the hotel was a very good experience and the staff extremely helpful. Shout out to the manager Rachel who went over and beyond.
Needs to be pointed out that the hotel does not have a lift so people with mobility issues may find the stairs a struggle and need rooms on ground floor. That said, the staff always brought up the luggage on arrival and down on leaving.
Breakfast is in the small restaurant area. Caters...

"I was not given the property that I booked. I was transferred to another property and it did not have a working refrigerator, so food spoiled and was wasted. Was told that the property would be cleaned every other day and it was cleaned once in 7 days. The sheets did not fit the bed, the comforter had stains, there was noise from construction in the adjacent apartment, the internet did not work for over 24 hours so I couldn't work, the power went out several times, and there was only 10 minutes...
