Hotel murah di Aït Faska

"Well to start i had a poolside room which to my knowledge i can walk out my room and be close to the pool. That wasnt the case i had a second floor room that if you look out the window you see the pool not even a terrace. Staff did help and for fee i upgraded to the ambassador room that had a patio and not far from pool. This hotel was nice and good staff but far from a 5⭐️. One small buffet for all the guest( food was very good actually ) but no variety, liquor you had some cheap gin, vodka,...

"Hotel entspricht nicht der Beschreibung! Kein 5 Sterne Hotel! Frühstück mittelmässig, Bedienung schlecht, muss immer wieder selbst angesprochen werden. Keine aktive Bestellaufnahme, Tische werden nicht aufgedeckt und abgeräumt, Sessel und Tische nicht gereinigt. Büffet immer erst nach nachfrage aufgefüllt, zb. Gläser, ect....."

"L’hôtel est clairement vieillissant et ne correspond pas au standing attendu. Malgré plusieurs demandes formulées auprès du service clientèle, rien n’a réellement été pris en compte. Seul point positif : les femmes de ménage, qui ont été adorables et professionnelles. En revanche, le reste du personnel s’est montré peu aimable, peu attentif et parfois désagréable. Marrakech is a busy city so it’s nice to settle in to a clean, quiet, and comfortable room after a day full of activities. The pool was a perfect place to soak after hiking and long walks. The breakfast is the best I had in Morocco. I highly recommend staying at this special Riad. "
