"We recently stayed at this wonderful French Gite and were thoroughly impressed. The property consists of several buildings within a secure, gated complex, which made it feel very safe and peaceful. "Une personne de l’accueil très désagréable qui n’a absolument pas écouter ou pris en compte la demande d’annulation urgente. Un mail pour dire que la piscine (une fois la Resa payée) ne sera pas disponible pour cause de nettoyage annuel… c’est pas de chance mais tout cumulé sans avoir de recourt pour annuler la réservation 1 semaine avant : ayant payé 49€ une assurance annulation, ça fait beaucoup et c’est très frustrant. Jamais personne ne l’a rappeler malgres mes demandes et attentes … bravo...
