"Our experience at Heaven Crest Vacation Homes Downtown was disappointing, especially compared to other vacation rentals we have stayed at in Dubai. There were several things that could have been better and should have been provided as basic essentials for a vacation rental. The kitchen was completely empty, with no hand tissues, dishwasher soap, or basic supplies. There was also no laundry detergent provided. The listing advertised a king-size bed, but we were given a double bed instead and...

"We arrived at 3am and as we had reserved the appartment for the night before, we didn’t gain access until 4pm the following day. "Good experience , but I suggest the host to make more maintenance to the forniture"

"Notified property via expedia app that I would be checking in late. When I arrived at property they had no knowledge of this and gave the room away. It was a no cancellation booking. The property was full so they had to find another room in another apartment to put me in. Not what you want or need after travelling through the night."

"The WiFi wasn’t working, I contacted them multiple times m, the receptionist and the people in charge of room but didn’t get a response or issue solved, I would like a refund as this was the first time I had a issue "

"Clean, spacious room. Rooms facing the street/front have poor view. Ask for room facing the canal, in back. Attached restaurant, Luna is decent Italian food but does not serve alcohol. Walking distance to Burj Kalifa and Dubai mall."

"Let's start with the communication. I emailed them and they never responded to both my emails. I called the number provided and the person said wrong number but gave me another number to call. I called that number and the woman seemed annoyed that I called.we agreed to meet and when I got to the location, I waited for 1 hours and no one showed up. I had told them I don't have a international phone so I can't call them. Luckily at the airport the airline I flew in from let me use their phone....
