"海外出張30年歴、人生最悪のホテルでした。チェックイン後、部屋にバスタオルとハンガーがなく、受付へ電話するも一度も繋がらず、常に受付に行ってクレーム。しかし受付は常にクレーム客の順番待ち、、、12時間後にようやくシャワーを浴びることが出来ました。スタッフは屈託のない笑顔ですが、クレームの山にも頑張って対応してましたが、そもそも何でこのようなことになっているのか理解出来ていなようで、教育が全くされていない様子。５泊しましたが、２泊目から気持ちを切り替えて、このコメディ的ホテルを楽しもうと頑張りました。それぐらいの覚悟で宿泊される方が良いと思います。"

"I stay for the 18th dec to 23rd, at first we rent 1 room, the we rent 2 more rooms for the last two days because my family visited me. Our first room is Ok , but hot water needed to wait about 5 mins then it started to get hot, the noise of the night club next door was so heard from our room, I didn’t know because we stay at 4th floor, so its not far enough or what but. We clearly can hear the beat. Then when i try to pay for an early check in for my additional 2 rooms, they don’t let me but they said they will help, at the end they only can checked in around 2.00pm and same issue with the hot water and the noise"
