Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Spotlessly clean. Messaged ahead to ask our arrival time and and room was ready even though it was ahead of official check in time, which was a lovely touch

The Natura was a good hotel, the rooms were comfortable and clean. There was ample parking and it was a short 1 km walk to the cathedral and the downtown. It was also close to roads for travelling in and out of Reykjavik

We needed a one night stay for 5 before heading home the next day. This apartment did the trick. The only thing I would suggest is better communication at check-in. I thought it would be a key code vs having to return to the hotel to get the key… also the fob vs a key code is a bit tough with several ...
