"I waited 10 minutes to check in. They "upgraded" me to a larger room. All floors are uneven, including steps. 19"TV got one channel. I never saw a person my entire stay and I had to call for a question and they never returned my call. The room was over 80 degrees and AC off. Took 3 hours to cool down. The mini fridge is useless. Ice and broken. Closet has fridge and a temp light by extension cords.I am shocked this place would ever pass an inspection. They serve breakfast for one hour daily.i...

"The hotel is really run down. There is a musty smell. The front desk couldn’t hear me on the rotary phone. Strong smell of bleach and there was some beetle bug in the bathroom. It is close to Darien Lake, so that was a plus."

"The rooms were gorgeous, but for that price were inefficient. The bathroom though had a shower should have had a raised side platform and the shower knobes were confusing too. They had mentioned that I will have to ask to get my room cleaned. But someone cleaned it while I was away, without me telling them to do so."

"My room reeked of cigarettes and the tv was broken. I understand this is supposed to be an “old-school” kind of hotel but I honestly couldn’t sleep well while trying to endure the smell. Will not be visiting again."

"Had a 2 bed room for 2 occupants and had 1 towel..2 washcloths and 1 hand towel… shower was filthy and the BR door was taped together with black tape.. that didn’t stick so was not together… curtains didn’t close.. the ridge in room tray below freezer was gross… just unreal.. can’t believe EXPEDIA LIST THEM .. the pictures of the rooms are nothing like the rooms … floors a filthy… just gross!! They should refund my money for such a crappy listing!!! I left one day early!!"

"A quick trip to see Niagra Falls. Spent a Sunday evening at the Sleep Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport. The shuttle service promptly picked us up from the airport. Around the corner from the hotel is a Wingnutz Bar and Grill which is within walking distance plus there is a little convenience store located within walking distance as well. "This is a clean, well-appointed place to stay in a convenient location 20 minutes from the airport. Breakfast every morning. I wish they would have given me some complimentary water in my room. The water dispensers in the lobby were not always there. Comfortable bed and pillows. Comfortable temperature control. Thin floors/walls: I could hear, literally, booming footsteps above me (I was on the 2nd floor) until 10:30 pm. Must've been kids up way too late. But all in all, I'd stay there again...
