When I arrived, there was a sign saying no hot breakfast served this month. But on the listing it shows that a buffet style breakfast is available. If they knew for this long, why wouldn't they change the listing? Also, there were snacks from a previous guest still in the cabinets. I found a cherry pit on the floor in the room which is disturbing that that wasn't found during cleaning. There were not washclothes in the bathroom, only hand towels and bath towels. I don't know if that's just the way they set the bathrooms, but we were able to get washclothes by asking at the front desk. The area around the property had some trash which does not set a good first impression when walking in. Lastly, when booking, it said that I would not be charged and I was under the impression that that meant reserving the room would not cost anything until confirmed on site. But that is not the case. Positives- the beds looked nice, there was a variety of tv channels, there were luggage trollies, and the room had a sink in the room, separate from the one in the bathroom and a microwave and fridge.

Outside property was dirty and smelly. A lot of semi trucks parked in odd spots and really close to interstate so expect a lot of traffic noise. Lobby smelled old, front desk staff was ok, nothing to really brag about. Area that was supposed to be snack store was pathetic to say the least, but luckily the area has a lot of stores and restaurants to choose from. Room was nice size, housekeeper did a poor job at cleaning because there was crumbs in the chair at the desk, hair in the bathroom sink, on toilet paper roll and toilet. Bath math in tub needs to be removed and burned as it was absolutely disgusting! A lot of updates are needed for this room due to rusting on lamp stands and toilet seat that look likes it was a dog's chew toy! No Hot Breakfast to speak of and no complimentary hot tea/coffee stations. This Comfort Inn property has left a significant bad taste in my mouth. If you can find another property and have to be in this area of Twinsburg I suggest looking elsewhere.

Horrible! I came here with my family for a one night stay and the room was dirty. Everything about the room felt really off. I could tell that they didn’t put effort into cleaning the room. The bathtub had stains and there was barely any food for breakfast. They literally only gave you bread with jam and that was it. No juice, decaf coffee, eggs/protein and etc. Would not recommend coming here!!!

The bathtub/shower had an opened and used bar of soap and bottle of shampoo sitting in it. And we only received 2 small towels and wash cloths on the shelf in bathroom for 2 adults. The lady at desk was nice enough to supply us with more, though. There was no hot breakfast which due to cold weather we understood, but there was a refrig in breakfast area that only had 3 small yogurts and a couple packs of instant oatmeal to supply all the guests, we felt this was a little stingy on your part in replacement of the hot breakfast. Even all the coffee in the breakfast area was out of order. Very disappointing.

Didn't like the vibe, everybody seemed angry hotel room was okay we did have stained sheets which isn't great. The bathroom showerhead was leaking as well the bathroom was janky with stains and weird splotches. guy said called the cops as he left when we were checking out too.

This hotel has gone downhill. It is really getting run down. The entire facility smelled strange. It had snowed 6 inches the day before we arrived. But the parking lot remained UNTOUCHED. And they did not keep the lobby dry. It was quite treacherous. They kept one set of the lobby doors open at all time, so the lobby was cold. Our lamp shade was in dire need of replacing. There were multiple lights in hallways that need new bulbs. One light in our bathroom did not work. The towels are VERY thin and we only had 2 towels although I registered 3 guests on my reservation. The sheets smelled strange also. The heater did not work properly. I will admit that it was an affordable room...but only 18 months ago, this hotel was MUCH nicer. Not sure if there was a management change or what.

The lobby floor was wet, dirty, and slippery from snow that guests had tracked in from the poorly cleared parking lot. In the breakfast room, one coffee machine was broken, the other was only partly functional, and the food selection was very sparse.

The rooms were so dirty. Thick, thick mold on the a/c vents that you are breathing in. Dirt spots on the bedding. Thick layer of dirt on the bathroom floor. Carpet ripped and gross. Don't stay here.

Traveling for the holidays with my elderly parents and needed a place to stay overnight. While I know it’s a lower cost hotel, I thought it’s a national chain with standards… how bad could it be. It was bad, even worse UNSAFE. It had snowed that day but had stopped hours before. The entry sidewwalk had not been shoveled, the front, automatic doors were broken and I had to pull them open myself, the entry had wet, slippery floors, and the lobby had puddles of water. Trying to get my parents in safely was a nightmare and I slipped multiple times. The young woman at the front desk acted clueless when I told her this was a hazard. But I came back later and she had attempted to clean it up, but left it to the night person who I met later to clean up. But, there’s more. The hallways reeked of cigarettes and the carpets looked like they need to be cleaned. The room was a sauna, no matter the temperature we set, it was HOT. And the pull out bed mattress, after I had to go ask for linens, was falling apart. Needless to say, we looked forward to checking out.

Breakfast was so limited it wasn't worth even going. Coffee machine broken. Only dry cereal, some bread or english muffins to toast, small, unappetizing danishes, instant oatmeal packets (original or cinnamon/spice), and limited flavor yogurt. At least in my room, temperature control was broken and room was too uncomfortable to sleep. So unfortunate because the rooms are visually nice, the staff is friendly, and the neighborhood is wonderful. The price was great too!

Floor was dirty both carpet and tile, smudge marks and other dirty marks on walls, toothpaste splatter on mirror above the sink. Just over all unclean. Over all rough wear n tear. Definately needs some overhaul done and upgrades. Went down to breakfast at 815 and there was hardly anything left. What was there was cold and had obviously been there awhile. The coffee was cold and disgustingly strong The coffee pot in the room must've been cleaned with some kind of soap, that was all you could taste in the coffee. Couldn't close the curtains. And 1 was partially off the track.

We arrived in the evening traveling with kids. Checked in. No luggage carts around anywhere, asked at the desk, she said they must be all in use. Had to carry all our stuff in multiple trips. Got to the room on the 3rd floor all the way to the end away from the elevator (mind you there were only a handful of people staying in the hotel). Room was freezing cold, no heat on in the room. No bedding for pullout couch. Went back down to the front desk to ask about why the heat wasn't on in room and for the bedding. Front desk person had no idea about the room being cold, gave me bedding and an extra blanket. Room took till around 3am to finally warm up. Carpets were dirty, mold around tub in bathroom. Our room door had a gap in it and you could see into the hallway. The door next to ours outside was open all night, strange. Breakfast was average, but no coffee and no handle on the food server for hot foods so you had to touch the hot lid to open it. Chairs in dining area were all torn apart and need replacing. Overall we would not stay here again. Quite disappointing because based on other reviews you would think this place was amazing, but I assure you it was not.

There was a stain on the couch from intimate activity. The tub was dirty. The police were banging on the next door early in the morning. The staff did not apologize when I checked out early, and I only got a refund on the unused nights.
