Hotel murah di Twinsburg

"The staff was excellent! Our room was fair and TV was a problem, even with intervention. Breakfast was decent. The hotel does need remodeling, since Twinsburg is an up and comlng suburb."

"Easy and friendly check in and out. Nice room but no shampoo or conditioner. Luckily I always pack my own. Was supposed to get the second room as adjoining but it was down the hall. Not a big deal but worth noting. Swimming pool needs some TLC"

"Our stay was a disaster. It started off well when we received a free room upgrade. I was so excited when I saw the huge soaking tub, only to find out when I went to take a bath that there was no plug. I called down to the front desk, but they said they didn't have one for me. Since I hadn't been expecting the tub in the first place, I didn't feel like I could be too upset about there not being a plug. However, when I went to take a shower instead, there was a hair at the bottom of the shower....

"I went to set on the desk chair and it collapsed.It was supposed to have 4 bolts holding the seat to the base and it only had two.One popped out which was what made me fall.I didn't get hurt but the way I fell made it hard to get up.I reported this to the front desk and the guy just said I'LL fix it.The real problem is that I had to pay a security deposit of 100.00 for security in case I damaged something.They didn't accept any responsibility for their lack of maintenance."

"Pleasant staff. Very clean room. Anti-fog mirror in bathroom...very cool! Breakfast was surprisingly good."

"The property’s location is convenient. It’s about 5 minutes away from a shopping plaza with popular eateries and stores. We were in town for a funeral and stayed overnight."

"The staff are lovely and the whole property is clean and presentable. I found this very handy from CLE rental car area. It was also a safe area!"

"Be aware if you are coming back late, parking was bad. I found the last spot available in a corner behind the hotel in a poorly lit area. Thank goodness there was a car dealership next door that helped light up the parking lot. When we got there, a car was parked under the roof at the front door, and another car was parked almost in front of the garbage dumpster. Staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast was ok both days, TV skipped the entire time we were there."

"I always stay here when I'm in town, the stay is accommodating to my family. Breakfast is always good. I do wish they would update their rooms though."

"The hotel wasn’t horrible, but there were some issues I’d address if I were them. One is the elevators. The noises they make when in use are asking for panic. Another is the shower pressure, water pressure in general actually. Between that & the shower drain taking a shower was not soothing like most hotel showers are. There was 0 soap, shampoo & conditioner in the shower. This didn’t affect me as I brought my own, but it did my girlfriend. Also, chasing down trash bags for the room was not on...
