"The hotel was fine. Older but still clean and kept up. We were not pleased that we could not check in early. The rooms were reported to be cleaned and available however because we arrived before the 4 pm checked our only option was to pay an additional $50. We did not do this. The AC also did not function consistently either night we were there. The temperature did not remain constant and when the unit was running it was very loud and rattled inconsistently. "I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property is in a terrible state of disrepair and feels incredibly outdated. In our room, the bathtub was both clogged and leaking, and we were only provided with a few towels. To make matters worse, there was no coffee maker in the room, and the mattresses were of awful quality—old and extremely uncomfortable. I cannot recommend this place until major renovations are made"

"Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here."
