"Terrible experience. Got into my room, sat down in the bathroom and had no toilet paper. Room had dirty, damaged carpet, furniture was run down. Tile in bathroom was coming off the wall and half the lights didn't work. 50% of the time I tried to flush the toilet I had to reach into the tank and fiddle with the guts to get the tank to fill with water! Awful!! In the morning I tried to take a shower and the handle wouldn't come up to make the water come from the shower head. I went to the front desk and the woman working gave me a key for a room across the hall from me and wow, that room was WAY better! Nice floor, a kitchenette, working lights, and a great shower! Why didn't they give me that room last night, since it was available?? I travel to that area several times a year and you can bet I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. I told the front desk person about the issues and that that room should NOT be rented again until major fixes are made. No talk from them as to how to make it right by me; I guess they don't care!!"

"The room was not cleaned very well with the floors in need of sweeping. We were not able to use the shower as it was dirty with soap stains s and what looked like dried boogers near the drain. There was cigarette smell all through the building itself. The staff was friendly however."
