The staff was very friendly. Answered all questions and helped when needed. Breakfast was awesome hotel room very clean. I definitely recommend this place to stay while traveling.

The staff was very friendly & accommodating. The room itself was very clean. This is an older building that requires a lot of maintenance throughout and hopefully the new owners will be able to get it done. Although I didn’t go for a swim, the pool looked very inviting.

Basic room and amenities, no frills. The smell of cleaning fluids or air purifiers is a bit overdone. Staff is always friendly.

Overall rating is a 2 out of 5. Clearly this particular hotel is understaffed, under cleaned and under maintained. Mold throughout the bathroom. Carpet in our room damp and starting to show signs of mildew. Delays in checking in due to staff shortages. Many lights out and general malaise of the entire place. Quality Inn might want to reexamine this particular franchise

Breakfast went fast. Bagels gone when I got there. Lots of choices. A lot of African Americans hanging around a distance outside the entrance, playing music. They were quite friendly. Plenty of parking. Breakfast staff was minimally helpful. Front desk staff were very helpful. Room lacked Kleenex. It looked like there had been a tiny amount of black mold in the bathroom, that had been treated. It was along the door frame.

Quality Inn was rundown and dirty. I didn't even stay after seeing the condition of the room. Only reason for 2 stars is the clerk at the front was very friendly and tried her best to help l.

Sweep the floors…the floor was unswept and there is as debris, bugs and it was filthy. Had not been mopped in a long time. Literally dirty as I whipped up a spot and the towel was completely black.

There were two things to note. The first was the difference with the continental breakfast. During the weekend it has more of a selection than during the week days. The guest I provided the room for, was only there Monday through Thursday & should have the same amenities. Second, the driveway leading closes to the parking lot had a deep chuck hole. I noticed if approached late at night it couldn't be seen & could cause a flat tire or serious damage to a car. That problem needs to be repaired ASAP.
