"The shower drain was flooding. Informed the management about it couple of times and was told it will be fixed but until we checked out days later it was still flooding up to the ankles which very inconvenient. Maybe that was the way things are or thats the way it is. But that is kinda gross showering and the water is just rising up to your ankles as you finish showering. Either way, the staff are very nice and friendly."

"The housekeeping team did a great job of keeping our room clean and tidy however they are hampered by not having the right size sheets for the beds. A double bed is not 2 singles pushed together so when hotels do this the sheets do not fit making each nights sleep uncomfortable and annoying. Staff at the restaurant were welcoming and friendly and the buffet was always very well presented, re supplied and with lots of choice. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We did not use the pools but they...
