"We waited almost 9 hours till we were given a room. Check in time is at 2pm and we were given the room at 10.45pm
The room was smelling and was dirty. No towels soap. In an executive suite no plates cups. Kitchen was filthy. Bathrooms were dirty couldnt even have a shower.Not impressed at all for a comcorde.
Went for breakfast and was told its only available for half the guests how strange. Breakfast was basics. Never would i come again. And would not recommend."
