"The money you’d save here will easily be forced out of your pocket by the unfortunate events these guys eventually cause for you. Very disappointing and disgusting rooms Sticky grime everywhere, they say there’s 24 shuttle to the mosque but it leaves you stranded for hours you’re better off paying for taxi. When you ask them to clean your room they get very upset and ask you when was the last time they cleaned and if it was within 3 days they’ll deny you. Even though the first clean wasn’t affective whatsoever. The rooms are very dirty and gross. Bed springs shoot up into your back. After a week of staying there my body is in lots of pain. Washroom is tiny and is cleaned poorly. Elevator is very poorly working and very unhygienic. Absolutely no accountability or accommodation in this hotel please spend the extra money and get a different one. "

"Every thing was perfect MashaAllah. From the moment we stepped in to the moment we exited, we were left feeling refreshed and rested after our Umrah. The staff are very helpful, the rooms clean, and the breakfast is delicious. This was the best rest stop we could ask for. JazakaAllah Khair for the beautiful experience."

I hada small issue over breakfast, but staff were quickly to resolve and you were able to enjoy the hotel services and have an amazing stay. great location away from clock tower, easy to walk to Al Haram and back and not having to push through huge numbers of people. exceptional staff"

"Food service was awful the workers were unprofessional they were watching gusts plates it was so awkward I even wont go for iftar for the third time they were asking me which room am I. The shower water didn't go through out it was clogged when you take shower the water under your feet it was disgusted me room dirty full of dust smells dusts.I would not recommend .only the outside is beautiful inside bad "
