"I'm totally satisfied with my 5 night stay at Rosh Rayhaan by Rotana in Riyadh. It's not just the location, comfort and luxury that make a hotel great, but also more importantly the staff looking after and serving the guests. Right from the time I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the security and bell boys. Mannan and Mohamed helped with the luggage. Noura at the front desk explained the property amenities well, gave options for currency exchange and also granted a slight late check out. The in-room dining (food) was good. You can scan a QR code to see the menu and order through the web - very efficient and accurate. The best part was the above and beyond service provided by captain Ashok and his staff consisting of Aijaz Lone and Sushanta Rai. They knew my dinner requirements and made sure the preparations were customized. Payment and billing was also smooth. Even the breakfast was excellent - good spread and overall good taste (although they can have more variations - it was more or less the same each day, but no complaints). Their managers (Sabin and others), their live counter staff Rafik and Naga Raju, and servers Nithish, Katherine and others were very helpful and courteous. Housekeeping also did a great job making sure to respect DND and also accommodating special requests (more water bottles etc). Special shout out to Rapik, Nithin and another young fellow from Nepal (forgot his name, sorry). Overall, great location, nice Rotana brand & excellent staff."

"Arrived late on thursday evening to the hotel. I was asked to pay for the 2 night stay upon arrival.....600SAR more than what i had booked on Hotels.com. We (my wife, a 7 months old, a 3 year.old with a broken leg and myself) for over 30mins until this issue was resolved. Unacceptable. The gentlemen couldnt tell me why the price had increase by over 50%. I had to contact hotels.com to resolve the situation but by them the expereince at the hotel was already tarnished. "
