However Check-in and check-out took a long time, the lady in the reception called “Welaya” was very unprofessional and rude, in my opinion. I reached earlier than expected and tried to check-in at 12PM, but as the room wasn't ready, they requested me to come back after 2 hours. When I returned for the check-in later at night (after 10PM), they said no standard room were available and upgraded me the Junior Suite. It was a decent, spacious and clean Suite. Being a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 child-6yr) i requested for an extra pillow, but i was surprised...

"The room is spacious, the standard room consist of a bedroom and a small living room , but the furniture is old and over used. The bathroom is very old and needs a total renovation. "

"What I liked about this hotel was its location close proximity to the Mall of Dhahran. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfy. The only con was the size of the bathroom. It was very small and the shower had no curtain, just a glass divider that covered half the shower. Not a big deal because the comfort of the room made up for it. "
