The hotel is beautiful with friendly staff and clean rooms, the facilities are clean, modern and all working. Could not recommend the hotel enough!

I was apprehensive about traveling with my 19 month daughter for the first time, but as soon as we reached the hotel my fears were diminished. The hotel, the staff, the private beach, pool area, gym, sauna steam room were all amazing. Checked in with Joey who was so nice welcoming and quick. Room was nicely layed it and amenities very helpful. I wish they update the rooms with bigger smart tvs.

Clean, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff. Good location.

The Liwa staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The lobby and rooms are very clean. The kitchenette had an oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine, all very clean and in good working order. Although the furniture is a little old, it's clean and comfortable. The bed was also very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was very good. Room service was excellent. The Liwa is very close to Abu Dhabi Mall, so it's very convenient. Thank you.

Fantastic place I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Abu Dhabi. All staff here were fantastic, special thanks to Rose who looked after me in the SkyBlue bar she is lovely and Guru at the pool who is such a happy chap! A very nice experience with no complaints. Hotel was near to the beach and malls and supermarkets, pharmacy, hospital etc and everything was in walking distance and minutes in a taxi.

Central location. Close to Abu Dhabi Mall. Great department store just across the street with best prices in town for souvenirs. Breakfast had good variety but the cooked food was almost cold even at 6am. Staff were always friendly and courteous.

The staff cannot do enough for you! Nothing is a problem. The room was immaculate every day. The restaurants were amazing and the Stratos Bar on the top floor was AMZAZING! Our daily cleaner was Suleiman for our room and he was soon polite it was unreal. As we're ALL the staff. One of the BEST hotels I have ever stayed in. I would Highly recommend it!

Decided to book for a weekend away from Dubai and couldn't have been happier with the experience from start to finish. Amazing location close to crystal clear sea waters, fantastic pool and spa. Very nice experience all in good service

From the moment we walked in we received the highest level of treatment. The receptionist found us a room even though we arrived before the regular check-in time. The room was amazing with luxurious furnishings. All the hotel staff were extremely courteous. The palace had amazing decorations. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. I enjoyed every moment I was there. I can’t wait to return there.

For the money we paid we expected something way worse. Spent over a week there and can not say anything wrong about it at all. Staff were fantastic. Very friendly and happy to help. I would specially like to mention the little cleaner guy on level 19. He was brilliant. And also the valet parking team. What a nice bunch of guys.
