"Broken shower pipe in a very small shower cubicle too. Went to reception yold them about the shower pipe and told me they would fix it. 24 hours later not fixed so changed rooms. Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles"

"The hosts were so kind and welcoming, the atmosphere of the Riad and rooftop terrace is so lovely, as was the daily breakfast, we stayed 4 nights and were happy to retreat to this very well designed Riad, the rooms are beautiful - merci beaucoup! I would recommend this authentic experience, its a very short drive to the beach and main points (and in any case getting around in Agadir is best by car)."

"The room was clean and tidy. Pool facilities were nice and clean no issues with sun beds any time of the day. The beach area was lovely clean, tidy and private. Only issue i would say is the all inclusive is probably the worse I've had the food options were on repeat everyday. Enquired about late check out and was told £160 for 4 hours which is crazy. Been to plenty hotels and never been asked to pay such a ridiculous amount."

"Beautifully designed and well maintained hotel, we had a great time relaxing at the pool and took a 10 minute walk towards the promenade. We also used the parking lot included in the price. Breakfast is rich and tasty, incl. live cooking with eggs, omelette etc. A nice touch was a Moroccan tea served at the breakfast as well as at the check-in. Check-in was smooth and friendly, we were warmly welcomed by Souleiman. We had 2 connected rooms with a partial sea-view and pool-view. One of the rooms...

The bartender at the swimming pool was very sweet and professional; I believe her name was Nisrine, Hdan, another bartender, and Towel service guys, If I remember well, Youssef & Ayoub, the staff was very attentive and provided excellent service. The night staff as well at the upstairs lounge were friendly and welcoming. However, I will mention that you definitely need to dedicate someone to bussing the tables at the swimming pool area, as I had to ask several...

"1 petits déjeuners médiocre, terrasse couverte extrêmement sale surtout que c'est la que l'on peut manger (table et chaises). Il n'y a que 3 parasols pour la piscine. Pour finir, a la réception il n'y a personne pour nous informer, ils sont au courant de rien, restaurants ouverts, activités etc."
