"Arrived early and hotel was able to accommodate, which was of utmost importance to me as I was traveling with my parents after a 13 hr flight from the US. Stayed at other hotels in Dubai and they can not come close to this kind of service. Mahmud and Julius had superb customer facing skills. They were kind, patient and hospitable. "We had a pleasant stay. It has almost everything we needed, well almost because there's not enough choice on television and we has a connecting room the other tv doesn't work, at the end of the day after all the walking around sight seeing sometimes you just wanna see what one tv but not much choices, but other than that we enjoyed our stay, they have a gym, pool, the location is perfect close to all the shops.would stay here again."

"Pros: You have amenities and good shops nearby. Really near the airport (terminal 3) This property seems to be like a 3 star hotel and not a 4 star as things are quite old and some parts are dirty. The staff are strict and doesn’t understand much English. For example we asked if they had a freezer and they sent us a fridge. They wouldn’t allow us to use their microwave so we had to throw away a lot of food. It was an okay stay and did the job but it’s not like other 4 star hotels e.g...
