Cari Town House di Gulf Coast Alabama

"The property was gorgeous. Rooms clean. Valets extremely helpful. Staff was courteous. My only complaint is there are no microwaves on the property. I travel with certain nutritional needs and needed a microwave."

"good"

"The bed was very uncomfortable!"

"The staff was very helpful and courteous from the time I checked in, to the time I checked out. It is very conveniently located to downtown. The only minor thing that I would say was a bit of an inconvenience was that they only had one elevator in service the 4 days I was there. I was located on the 12th floor, so sometimes the wait could be up to 5 minutes. But this would not keep me from staying again if I visit Mobile, Al The one thing that I disliked the most about my entire stay is the...

"The staff members at the breakfast area was very rude and unprofessional. They was complaining to the customers about not shutting the lids on the eggs and sausage. She mumbled under her breath, went to the kitchen and started telling the other staff she wasn't cooking. No more sausage for these people that can't even do what she tells us to do. I stopped and confronted her. She said she had all the right to complain about the people that was not listening to her. I told her she did not have...

"Room was clean and comfortable. Fresh towels daily. Breakfast was very good and well maintained."

"The rooms where a good size and clean and breakfast was good."

"Great views and Beach access"

"Cleanest place to stay in Foley. A very good location to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was nice and neatly set up. We will choose it again!"

"Cleaning needs improvement, but otherwise nice staff and a quiet place to rest while traveling."

"Great place to stay"

"Gorgeous property and room with a great tub! Beds were comfortable but small. It took 10-15 minutes after arrival for the front desk staff to acknowledge our presence. There were 3 employees present at the time. One of the front desk employees was so awfully rude to another employee that was working outdoors-so much so that we were actually offended. We will stay again because we loved the property so much."

"We enjoyed our stay"

"This is more of a complaint to the hotel. I booked and PAID for three nights stay but didn’t show up on the first night. Despite having PREPAID for my room, it was cancelled when I checked in on day 2. Imagine my surprise when they were no more rooms like I PAID FOR. The hotel said they charged the first night and refunded the last two nights to Expedia. I expect Expedia to refund those two nights to me ASAP. I do not expect to have to do anything to get this refund. I expect it to be...
