"Staff was very friendly! Our room was less than ideal and definitely needs better lighting in vanity area. The bathroom is so small, the window curtain was shredded, and the headboard had weird stains. The included beverages and food were great. My kids really enjoyed the breakfast both days. The bartender was super nice. For the price it was fine, but the hotel overall could definitely use an update. "

"Checked in late night after a long flight. I did not stay in the room for more than 15 minute. The environment was a drug invested nightmare. The rooms was horribly filthy and smelly. Roaches were crawling on the walls. We literally ran out of the room and back to the office to request a refund but was told we would have to speak to the manager on the day shift. However, no one answers the phone for location service so matter was left unresolved. I was forced to Lyft to another Hotel which costed more money, on top of having to pay for the other room at a higher price. Was fortunate that they had one last vacant room. This was definitely the most horrible experience that my daughter and I have ever had on a vacation. I’ve been using Hotels.com for several years now but after this experience I will likely never book through Hotels.com again."

"Luckily my daughter and I are heavy sleepers, but being right next to a police station and near train tracks there were sirens and horns periodically until we went to bed. I should have asked why there were earplugs in the room."
