"The hotel is a historic icon and they’ve kept the old world charm preserved beautifully. However, the lobby had an odd smell, like ammonia from the public bathroom. "Such a wonderful place to stay! We picked this hotel as its close to the Majestic and restaurants. The hotel had so much character and original architecture. Bed was so comfy. Breakfast was complimentary which was a bonus and it was all delicious to include the coffee----some of the best tasting coffee. We will definitely come back! Not too mention Sara at the front desk is amazing. Great service! Only cons: no hotel parking and valet is a different company it was $45 extra. We parked right...

"Room needs dusted. Property supplied ear plugs in bed rooms due to a lot of excessive noise from the street. Also had shots fired around 2:00am one morning while there. I will not be coming back to this property. "
