"I am very disappointed with my recent stay, especially considering I paid $600. The condition of the room did not meet expectations associated with the Marriott brand. The room was extremely dusty, with visible dust on nearly all surfaces. The bathroom had multiple maintenance issues, including cracked and uneven tile flooring, and the bathroom door would not properly close. Additionally, the television was not functional at all.
What was most concerning was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The toilet was not clean upon arrival, and I felt compelled to clean it myself, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone at this price point.
I chose not to raise these concerns during my stay due to the limited availability in the area, as I was aware there were no alternative accommodations. However, this experience fell far below reasonable expectations.
Given the circumstances, I want my money back"
