There was no one to help me with the luggage in spite of informing multiple times of my early check as I also paid for early check in Also in spite of telling I need no room service of any kind, they opened the room to keep water bottles when I was not there, this is unacceptable

The property was not the same which I booked. It was full when I reached there. On time, they arranged another property which was in a narrow residential street. I had deliberately booked it looking at its location. Also they don't seem to attend much expedia bookings, they are used to MMT.
